COWORKING CENTRUM NÁCHOD
Annotation
My proposal is located in Náchod, near Charles Square, where my classmates and I are creating a new block of terraced houses, called Špalíčky. My plot is located at the beginning of the street, in the direction of Náchod Castle. I designed the house as a coworking centre based on the needs of the city. When designing, I worked mainly with mass and tried to create an unusual shape of the facade. As a material I chose light grey concrete, which is complemented by white tah metal. I divided the interior of the building into 5 floors - 4 above ground and one underground.
