Clubhouse Kar(e)l

The project of the clubhouse at the Mšeno in Jablonec nad Nisou is aimed at providing local residents with a space for relaxation and self-realization. The clubhouse is located in the terrain so that it stands out as little as possible and creates a private environment for visitors. All segments of the local population can find refuge here thanks to its adaptable and comfortable design. The interior is systematically divided into two zones. The technical zone, where there is a cloakroom, a toilet and a technical room. There is also a kitchen, which is partly separated in the corner of the clubhouse. And the lounge area, which is an open area with an openable glass facade, where tables and chairs can be arranged according to the needs of the users.
