Pavilion at the dam - pedal boat rental

Boating is a popular pastime at the Mšeno Dam in Jablonec nad Nisou all year long. It is therefore proposed to set up a boat rental service in the area - rental of pedal boats and paddleboards. The fluctuating water level calls for a floating pier, a steep bank with a path on top for a building on stilts, which doesn't sit too much below the level of the terrain. The design combines the boat rental with a café that offers views of the entire dam thanks to sliding glass walls and a sloped roof. Thanks to the café, the pavilion can also be used in winter, perhaps after fishing or running around the dam.
