Meditation space

The meditation pavilion is located next to the Baba settlement above Prague's Dejvice on the left bank of the Vltava, in the immediate vicinity of the ruins of the Baba summer castle. When designing the pavilion, the emphasis was mainly on sufficient natural lighting and the possibility of using an exceptional view for those meditating inside. The pavilion is divided into four different floors, differing in character. While on the first floor we would find a sunny, airy space thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, on the fourth floor, on the contrary, there is a darker, more intimate space. The interior of the meditation pavilion is delicately divided by a spindle wall with the main staircase.
