TERRACED HOUSE

The terraced house functions linearly and is inspired by container buildings. On each floor you will find a loggia or terrace that provides shade and humidity without the need for air conditioning. Individual floors are connected by a staircase located at the right side wall, which is turned into the rooms for efficiency. The living room on the ground floor with the kitchen is designed with an emphasis on openness of the space. On the second floor there is a children's room with two single beds and two tables. On the third floor, there is a bedroom for parents with a walk-in closet, for possible adjustments for the residents. All facades with living rooms are glazed for openness and lightness, thus connecting the inhabitants with the outside world, illuminating and opening up the space.
