Segmental bowl

I decided to create an interior accessory within the assignment of a bowl and vase, which emphasizes the visual and aesthetic aspects. The whole concept comes from nature. First, I was inspired by land crustaceans (coils and shades) and their segmented armor, which corresponds to a bowl with its shapes. Subsequently, when sketching and creating models, the shape approached the cells of the spine, which I accepted as a suitable concept. The bowl mechanism is simple. It is based on the chaining of cells by means of thorns and holes located at the beginning and end of the link. The length of the bowl is not limited, so it can be wound across the table in any composition and distance.
