Rotation - eclipse

A hanging composition of two circular shapes - circle and hoop - invites the onlooker to find the right way of looking. If one indeed does look in the right way, individual parts will connect and the shape of a full circle appears. The process of looking for this circle can be similar to the one of a solar eclipse. The point of this work is to root the onlooker in a moment of silence, stillness and peace, to offer a moment of meditation and recollection in a hectic world.
