Underground baths

The main idea of the whole project was to create a space for relaxation even in the least hospitable environment in the world. A shelter from the dangerous heat, a kind of oasis of calm where you wouldn't expect it, but need it. The spa consists of two separate pools and a place to sit. Bigger of I decided to think of the pool as an artificial sea. From this for this reason, it has a sloping entrance and it is possible to rest after swimming across it on the sandy beach, which is located in the space of one of the skylights. The second one is significantly smaller, hidden and accessible only by going down the stairs. An important element here is the lighting of the space, which is ensured by penetration sunlight through the bond of masonry
