Štvanice Municipal Spa

Spa is located on Štvanice island between Holešovice and Karlín. This place is meant for rest, relaxation. Here you can connect with nature and meet new people at the same time. The main idea of this project was to place the sauna directly on the surface of the water. Therefore, the spa is divided into two parts. The first building at the top contains a bar area complete with seating, a member's room, toilets and staff storage. The second part by the river is intended exclusively for saunas. It is equipped with changing rooms, toilets and shower cabins. Each of the buildings is surrounded by a terrace. When designing this object, I used the rule of the golden ratio.
