ŠTVANICE CITY SPA

THE ISLAND IS A FLOOD-PRONE AREA. Therefore, building larger structures here is challenging. My solution involves placing a pontoon on the mainland and constructing a café on it. The pontoon is anchored in place, and during floods, it simply rises, allowing water to flow through without causing any damage. I associate Štvanice with raves, beer, night walks, rafting across Holka, and friends. I want to create a place that will provide these moments for others as well. With the new connection of the rear part of the island to the surroundings via a bridge, I anticipate a large influx of people. Therefore, I propose the construction of appropriate infrastructure with a covered bar and outdoor seating by the water. LOTS OF BEER TO EVERYONE
