BOAT WORKSHOP LIBENICE

The boat workshop Libenice is situated in at the end of Libeň Island in Pargue. An existing shipyard is located in this location, so the workshop is harmoniously integrated into the environment of the port area. The building also fits into the surroundings with its simple form and wooden facade, working with the same material that is used for boat construction. The interior is shaped by the production space, above which there is residential accommodation with a kitchenette, bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The northern facade of the workshop, adorned with large windows, offers a picturesque view of the Vltava River, where a dock with moored boats lines the shore. The outdoor terrace of the workshop, designed for leisure, is connected to the dock, providing direct access to the water.
