I am a passionate baker and coffee enthusiast, and it is precisely my experiences in the pastry and EM3 Coffee café that inspired me to create an innovative product – yeast bowls. These bowls are not only about aesthetics but primarily focus on practical design. The solution came in the form of a bowl strategically placed in the corner of a specific drawer, where yeast can be stored to take up minimal space. The bowl's shape is meticulously designed with a strong emphasis on its functionality, making sourdough maintenance as straightforward as possible. As a second bowl, I created an "insert" bowl for the first one.
