PAVILION VIMPERK - VOŠTINA

The project was commissioned to create a temporary pavilion for a town garden in the South Bohemian town of Vimperk. Its purpose is to inform visitors about the ongoing architectural competition. The key element of the design is the partitioning of the space and the concept of rhombic cells, which was created by an intersecting grid. The pavilion encloses the garden with walls on both sides, creating a space within a space. Co-authors of the project are Olívia Dlasková, Sofie Amaral. Its structure forms unconventional halls that serve to present the competition panels.The individualcells guide the visitor through the exhibition from the beginning to the end, after which awaits a beautiful view of the Šumava landscape.
