Disappointed with life, mafioso Ruda decides to make a new start. He builds a new house with a club, which starts his life transformation, it’s a reflection of his new self, a place where people find joy, a place that is a meeting point. It’s located in Strašnice by an abandoned railway, which will become a linear park with a cycle path. It uses an existing underpass, which is transformed into a club with a bar/café and an observation deck as a place to relax. The backstage is connected to the residential building, so the club has an overlap into the private part and a single functional unit is created. Architecture is expressed in a minimalistic way, transforming the character of the locality with a modern twist.
