A gap in Štuparská Street.
Location of historical Old Prague, near the Old Town Square.
The distinctive feature of the house is the load-bearing wall in the middle of the building. The glass cladding emphasizes this value and at the same time adds lightness and elegance. In the underground part of the building there is a wine cellar and the ground floor is dedicated to the wine store. On the second to seventh floors there are residential units, with two small but cosy and sufficient apartments on each floor, which, due to their location, provide modern and affordable housing for, for example, students.
