Maximal minimal student accommodation

Living on the edge of the possible. In an effort to optimize the use of a small space, a project was created to provide minimal and, above all, affordable housing for students in a small gap where Štupartská Street meets Templová Street, in the most historic core of the Old Town. A house was created that tries to respect the surrounding historic buildings, but at the same time breaks away from the traditional concept of housing.
