Maximum minimum student housing

The proposed apartment building is located in the Prague - Old Town location, on the corner of Štupartská and Templová streets. It is located in a gap between two older buildings. The house offers a view of the Church of Our Lady before Týn. The front facade of the building is an uniform glass area, the north facade´s dominant is the glass staircase, which emphasizes the light construction of the house even more. It consists of the ground floor, which is used for commercial rental and houses a flower shop, and three typical floors, which each contain one apartment unit 2+KK. There is one maisonette apartment directly under the roof.
