START-UP HUB

The START-UP HUBU building is located in the northern part of the Baba settlement, on a very gentle slope, accessible from the main road Matějská, and is a bypass pedestrian path, with a connection to children's playgrounds and sports fields. The object is divided into two parts. On the southern part of the property there is an exhibition space, a cafe with a terrace allowing outdoor seating, a large studio lit from the north, a warehouse and toilets for visitors. On the second above-ground floor, there are administrative facilities, toilets and access to a balcony with a view to the northwest.
