PLACE OF ART

Just as the entire site in the Baba area grows on a rocky and stony surface, the proposal START-UP HUB grows to heights. From the rocky and growing terrain in the form of postcard concrete and cor-ten to the airy and soaring polycarbonate. The design consists of two solid spaces, with the main building housing an exhibition gallery, a large studio, office space, a café and housing units for artists. The adjacent building thus houses a small artist studio and storage space. With its industrial style, the building fits atypically into the surrounding buildings and the design becomes a kind of "bridge" between innovative modern architecture and art itself.
