Annotation

The house is designed as temporary housing for artists. Inspired by Kevin Lucbert's "Blue Lines," the idea was to arrange the building's volumes for a unified appearance while providing quiet spaces for creation. The project includes a basement with apartments and a green atrium, connected to the surroundings by a prominent staircase leading to the common studio space. The larger studio features a high ceiling with a mezzanine for a different perspective on the work and roof access. Supplies are handled on the side opposite the main entrance. The building is situated on a gentle slope between paths, making it easily accessible.
