In the residential area of Hanspaulka in Prague, the low-rise high-density complex of the Academic Centre provides housing, working as well as a place to sit back and relax. The three-story gallery building is located at the northeastern end of the promenade. Exhibition spaces occupy all floors, with part of the second floor being used as a student apartment. The gallery can be accessed from the street, while the apartment is accessible via an external staircase from the northeast. The gallery's southeast windows are shaded by vertical sunshades. The main gallery space on the top floor features a ceiling with a series of skylights shaped like truncated pyramids. The southwest façade is used for displaying murals and street art.
