START-UP-HUB

The Start-Up Hub is defined by a set of two masses, which form a walk-through courtyard that can serve as an exhibition space for works of art. A large studio located on the south side of the plot forms a significant part when viewed from the street. On the north side of this mass there is a residential part with two apartments 2 + kk and 3 + kk. A considerable part of the second building is occupied by a gallery with a café and a small studio for artists.
