The family house for the gardener uniquely combines living space and commercial facilities, integrating work and personal life. Designed with an open plan and minimal exterior walls, it creates a dialogue between the interior and surrounding greenery. The lower floor is divided into two levels, connected by an elegant ramp, offering barrier-free access and a private entrance to the residential floor. Glass walls ensure visual contact with the outdoor garden. The residential floor is set higher, emphasizing privacy, and is connected by a spiral staircase. The main entrance is oriented towards Ve Svahu Street. The living space includes a kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms, toilets, and storage spaces. The rooftop terrace provides a place for relaxation and inspiration.
