Dental office

The family house with the dental practice is located in a place near which, when designing, I expect more traffic on the cycle path, driveway, bridge and public staircase. For this reason, the main concept of the atrium was created - turning inwards and a kind of private inner garden. It thus creates a sense of quiet space for work and living alongside all the mentioned roads. I solved another problem - the small distance between the driveway and the bike path - by planting the entire main floor on columns and creating a "bay" underneath with steps for seating for passersby and cyclists. In this way, I am designing a space on the site that serves not only the practice and housing, but also the public life around it and a welcoming space for the new community.
