Maximally minimal student housing

Minimal space. Maximum utilization. . To design a house whose plot is located right in the center of Prague, in the street behind Týnské chrám. The goal was to create housing for students that makes maximum use of the given space. At the same time, the building tries to respect the surrounding buildings. There is a small cafe on the ground floor, and there are a total of eight 1+kk apartments on the upper floors. A distinctive feature is the staircase rising from the side of the house, leading up to the roof with a study/lounge and terrace.
