Family house with wine shop

The task was to design a family house with an associated function. The land is located in Mikulov, where part of the land includes a wine cellar and a garden with a small vineyard, so I decided to keep the spirit of this place and design a house with a wine cellar. I placed it on the ground floor with the entrance from the street, as a separate part, to not disturb the family living. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is the entrance to the family home, parking and the already mentioned wine cellar. I wanted the facade copies the basic typology of the place. On the first floor there are living rooms, where the living room with the kitchen follows the ground level and is slightly lower than the rooms and the bathroom. From the roof terrace there is a beautiful view on Mikulov.
