RIFT

The building is divided into two asymmetric parts connected by the staircase. There are loggias accessible from the staircase which can serve as winter gardens in winter or, thanks to openable windows, as outdoor spaces in summer.

On the ground floor in the wider part of the house there is a bouldering wall. In the narrow part there are the changing rooms, storage for bikes and staircase into the technical basement. On 2NP and 3NP flats for couples are located. Flats for families are located on 2,5NP and 3,5NP. The accommodation for students is at the top - on 4NP, 4,5NP a 5NP.
