DOUBLE HOUSE FOR ARTIST AND CARPENTER

The house is located in Prague 4 - Podolí on Pod Vyšehradem street. Inspired by the work of Stanislav Kolíbal, the house for the artist features a gently curved rounded façade. The 1st and 2nd floors are designed for family living. The elevated studio on the 3rd floor with a roof terrace is connected by a common part linking both houses with access from the street above the plot. The Joiner's House maximizes space usage, providing a comfortable and functional environment for both work and living. The ground floor is dedicated to the joinery studio. The main living area and a gallery are located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is for the second entrance and the quiet part of the house.
