Coworking

The coworking building is located in the south of the academic center, from where it attracts with its most dominant feature, all-glass northeast facade. It primarily has a psychological meaning, as it is supposed to make people look inside the building and, with its view, motivate them to work and visit this coworking building. The building has three floors and is accessible from the promenade. The interior consists mainly of large social spaces, which are typical for the coworking typology. The outdoor staircase, located in the southeast, leads to the third floor, where the students apartment is located. The windows of the apartment are oriented to the southwest and northwest, which allows views of the park and the promenade.
