The land on which the proposal is located is located in the Hradec Králové region, about 5 km from Jičín as the crow flies. I chose a holiday cottage for rent as the associated operation of the RD. The house is situated in the upper part of the plot, the holiday cottage can be found roughly in the middle of the same plot. The house is equipped with a winter terrace and a garage for one car. The layout of the house itself is made up of three "zones". A zone for parents, children and a dominant residential zone. All living rooms are oriented to the south with a view of the garden.
