University Housing for the Faculty of Transport is a 5 storey building located The building has an unusual floor plan, which with the succession of floors reduces the mass and creates an interesting detail. The spiral staircase itself, which is the core of the house and is shared with the neighbouring house, is of great importance. The plot of the house is in sloping terrain and the house is nicely connected to it. The first floor and basement is embedded in the ground on the south side. On the first floor there are common areas and in the recessed part of the house a utility room and laundry room. The second floor is used as Doctoral housing, there are 2 large spacious apartments with recessed balconies.
