TERRACED HOUSE

Minimal terraced house with "family center". In the heart of the house there is a dining room with a central dining table - a place for meeting, safety and belonging. This center is highlighted by a vertical skylight, which brings plenty of natural light to all floors and makes the space feel more open. The layout of the house follows a simple but effective rule of thirds, which clearly divides the space. The entire space is connected by central axes leading from the street façade to the garden façade. Each family member finds space for time together, but also for their privacy.
