Tile

The assignment was to create a paper model of a tiling using as few types of tiles as possible to build one or more patterns. The tile is inspired by folds of paper similar to the unfolded model of a paper plane. Tiles can be placed in any orientation in the pattern, thanks to the fact that each tile shares the same profile on all its sides. I chose the design of the tile in such a way that it has a relief effect when laid flat and at the same time creates an original large-scale pattern on larger surfaces.
