The task was to create a 3D paper tile that would be versatile and, when arranged in different ways, could form multiple pattern variations. My inspiration came from mountains seen from a bird's-eye view, their contours, and uneven hills. I designed a pattern that immediately captures attention with its plasticity and its prominent, raised appearance.
