Anotace
The digital and technological innovations that have been developing massively in recent years are often referred to as the 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. The construction industry seems to be somewhat on the sidelines. The big topic is BIM (Building Information Modelling), but this is only one component of the contemplated Construction 4.0. Other topics, if not completely neglected, are minimally neglected in the Czech Republic. Yet, and perhaps for this very reason, it is very important to address them.
This article looks at the description of the different elements of the Construction 4.0 concept and their possible application in transport, through the overall digitisation of the railways.

Digital and technological innovations that have grown rapidly in recent years have been referred to as the 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. The paper comprehensively deals with the description of the Advanced building materials, Prefabricated and modular designs as part of Construction 4.0 with a focus on transport construction. The aim of the article is description of this issue comprehensively and with the help of SWOT analysis identify weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats with focus on the transport constructions. The content is complemented by an assessment of the current situation, indicating the possibility of use in practice.

Anotace
The subject of this article is to describe how strategic planning of investments in the development of motorways and class I roads is currently carried out and what role economic evaluation plays in this process. The author uses data from 2014 to 2020 from the investor, the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic. The author of this article would like to point out that from the point of view of strategic planning, the preparation of an economic evaluation is not a single and self-sufficient indicator. Certainly, it will give a hint whether or not to implement a project at all, but it does not help to determine which of the two projects to choose if the investor has limited finances.

Anotace
Digitální a technologické inovace mohutně se rozvíjející v posledních letech bývají označovány jako 4. průmyslová revoluce nebo Průmysl 4.0. Zdá se, jako by stavebnictví stálo tak trochu stranou. Velkým tématem je BIM (Building Information Modelling), ale to je jen jedna ze složek uvažovaného Stavebnictví 4.0. Ostatní témata, pokud nejsou úplně opomíjeny, jsou minimálně upozaděny. Přesto je důležité se jimi zabývat. Jedná se například o virtuální a rozšířenou realitu, 3D tiskárny, pokročilé stavební materiály, prefabrikované a modulární konstrukce, Big data a prediktivní analytika, 3D skenování a fotogrametrie, autonomní vozidla a drony, spolupráce přes cloud (spolupráce v reálném čase) nebo bezdrátový monitoring a propojovací zařízení.
Cílem této knihy je popsat tuto problematiku komplexně se zaměřením na prostředí České republiky a dopravní stavby. Jedná se o závěrečný výstup dvouletého grantu, kde jsou shrnuty dílčí výsledky autorem publikované na konferencích a v časopisech. Tyto výsledky byly sloučeny do této publikace a aktualizovány.

Thanks to the use of detection technologies in the place of rest and connection with NDIC, where traffic information is collected and processed, it is possible to include this technology in the Construction 4.0 concept. The subject of this article is a brief description of these systems, including examples of use. With the help of SWOT analysis, the strengths and weaknesses, respectively opportunities and threats of these systems will be identified with the help of experts.

Anotace
The digital and technological innovations that have developed rapidly in recent years are referred to as the 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. These changes will fundamentally affect most construction professions and will require changes in their knowledge and skills. Ensuring the competitiveness of the Czech Republic and the Czech construction industry will require targeted monitoring of these trends and support for research and innovation. BIM is a big topic, but it is only one part of the intended Construction 4.0. Other topics such as Big Data and predictive analytics, if not completely neglected, are minimally neglected. The aim of this paper is to describe this topic and use SWOT analysis to identify weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats with a focus on the transportation construction industry.

High-speed rail lines should make it possible to fully replace air transport over the medium distances of Europe (about 500 km). In the Czech Republic, they are beginning to design. Estimates suggest that in five years, the first sections could begin to physically originate and within ten years, they will begin to ride on them. Is it possible that the scenario and the continuous extension of deadlines accompanying the completion of the backbone network will be repeated? This article discusses the options from the project management perspective and the idea of construction 4.0 to prevent this.

Anotace
Roads with cement concrete covers have a long tradition in the Czech Republic. They are used mainly on highway sections of roads with higher traffic intensity. The subject of this article is a brief description of communications with cement concrete cover. Furthermore, the determination of the expected time cycles of their maintenance and costs in the time axis of life from the perspective of Construction 4.0 and facility management. The article is based on TP 92 Design of maintenance and repairs of pavements with cement concrete cover. The output is an interface in an Excel spreadsheet both in the current financial statement and in graphical form, which can serve as a basis for planning future repairs, including securing financial resources.

Anotace
Článek se zabývá strategickým plánováním projektů silniční infrastruktury. Prezentuje současné metody vyhodnocování investičních a neinvestičních projektů (dálnice a silnice první třídy), které má na starost Ředitelství silnic a dálnic České republiky. Dále uvádí výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi kraji a 80 obcemi s rozšířenou působností, které mají na starost silnice druhé a třetí třídy a místní komunikace. Dílčí výsledky tohoto článku by měly posléze sloužit k vypracování obecné metodiky sloužící k hodnocení investičních a neinvestičních projektů silniční infrastruktury v České republice, která sjednotí postupy vyhodnocování a tím přispěje ke Stavebnictví 4.0. Výzkum ukázal, že tato metodika má smysl pouze pro dálnice a silnice I., II. a III. tříd v majetku státu a krajů. Obce nerealizují nové místní komunikace natolik často, aby bylo nutné tento proces normalizovat za pomoci uvažované metodiky.

Digital and technological innovations that have grown rapidly in recent years have been referred to as the 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. The fourth industrial revolution as a whole will decisively reshape all phases of the process of investment preparation, their implementation and the subsequent administration and maintenance of buildings. These changes will fundamentally affect most construction professions and will require changes in their knowledge and skills. Some professions will disappear, some will be newly constituted, which will require a new constitution of lifelong learning systems. Ensuring the competitiveness of the Czech Republic and the Czech construction industry will require purposeful monitoring of these trends, support for research and innovation, support for start-ups and support for small and medium-sized enterprises in particular and their approaches to these innovations. It seems as if the construction industry is somewhat aside. The big topic in present construction is BIM (Building Information Modeling), but this is just one component of the considered Construction 4.0. Other topics, if not completely neglected, are minimally delayed. Nevertheless, it is important to deal with them. These include virtual and augmented reality, 3D printers, advanced building materials, prefabricated and modular designs, Big data and predictive analytics, 3D scanning and photogrammetry, autonomous vehicles and drones, cloud collaboration (real-time collaboration) or wireless monitoring and connecting equipment. The paper comprehensively deals with the description of the Construction 4.0 with a focus on the environment of the Czech Republic and on transport construction. The content is complemented by an assessment of the current situation, indicating the possibility of use in practice.

Anotace
Komunikace s cementobetonovými kryty mají v České republice dlouhou tradici. Jsou používány především na dálničních úsecích vozovek při vyšší intenzitě provozu. Předmětem tohoto článku je stručný popis komunikací s cementobetonovým krytem. Dále pak stanovení předpokládaných časových cyklů jejich údržby a nákladů v časové ose životnosti z pohledu Stavebnictví 4.0 a facility managementu. Článek vychází z TP 92 Navrhování údržby a oprav vozovek z cementobetovým krytem. Výstupem je rozhraní v tabulkovém procesoru Excel jak v aktuálním finančním vyjádření, tak v grafické podobě, které může sloužit jako podklad pro plánování budoucích oprav, včetně zajištění finančních zdrojů.

Ředitelství silnic a dálnic České republiky zavádí v rámci projektu URSA Czech Republic systém chytrého parkování kamionů na dálničních odpočívkách. Díky použití detekčních technologií v místě odpočívek a propojení s NDIC, kde se dopravní informace sbírají a zpracovávají, je možné tuto technologii zařadit do konceptu Stavebnictví 4.0. Předmětem tohoto článku je stručný popis těchto systémů včetně příkladů použití. Za pomoci SWOT analýzy budou za pomoci odborníků určeny slabé a silné stránky, respektive příležitosti a hrozby těchto systémů.

Anotace
The article deals with strategic planning of transport infrastructure projects with elements of Construction 4.0. It presents the current method of evaluating these projects and presents the possible use of multi-criteria analysis, which is also compared with cost-benefit analysis. Furthermore, a search is made of all possible criteria that could be used in the evaluation of projects of new transport structures (highways and first class roads) by multicriteria analysis.
