Weekly testing of unvaccinated employees

The new Amendment No. 15 to Rector's Order 21/2020, dated 25. 11. 2021, updates the recently published Amendment No. 14 effective 22. 11. 2021, following a discussion of ambiguities.
Summary of the changes in both amendments:
Employees are obliged to update in the application, or by reporting to the authorized person (in the case of our faculty it is the secretary Ing. Jana Tóthová) the data about:
- their vaccination
- undergoing illness
- testing at least once a week
Employees can use the CTU testing sites on Mondays and Thursdays from 8.00-13.00 in room 102 on the ground floor of building A (behind the reception) at Jugoslávských partzánů 1580/3, Prague 6 and on Tuesdays from 8.00-13.00 at nám. Sítná 3105, Kladno, or receive a self-check from the unit.
To allow access to the CTU, the data must be updated by 29. 11. 2021.
