prof. Ing. arch. Petr Vorlík, Ph.D.

An architect and pedagogue at the Faculty of Architecture at CTU in Prague, where he also completed his master's and doctoral studies. He designed independently and in the studios Barva, ADR. Since 2002, he has been involved in pedagogical and research activities, and in 2012 he was appointed associate professor at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He focuses mainly on architecture of the 20th century.

He is the author / co-author of a number of monographs, chapters in professional books, articles in professional journals (World Architecture, Architekt/Architect+, Beton, Stavitelství, Stavba, Zlatý řez, Architektura a urbanismus, Zprávy památkové péče etc.). He also organized several conferences and workshops and currently he is actively involved in public discussion, including media commentaries.
