Ing. arch. Dalibor Dzurilla

Dalibor Dzurilla has been focusing on doctoral research on digital architectural sketches as a communication tool between architects and clients at the CTU Faculty of Architecture since 2018. He believes that the architectural profession is a service that can best treat ambiguities on the client's side with sustainable visual representations and communication, thus ensuring the successful completion of the building. He continued his studies after completing his diploma project at the experimental FLOW studio led by Miloš Florián in 2011.

Since 2012, in his private practice (VISUIN), he has been educating and consulting architects on presentation and visual communication with clients (laypersons) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Clients include e.g. A8000, Yuar, Terra Florida, Bonami, Materio, Capexus, Land05, Vasky, SZKT or the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.

He teaches and guest lectures at other universities such as FUA TUL, ARCHIP, or FA STU in Bratislava. At ARCHIP since 2018 he is behind the accreditation of the teaching program of architectural presentation and also remains its guarantor.

He is also involved in global projects such as Skillshare or Sketching Retreat as one of the lecturers teaching digital sketching.

In his spare time, he devotes himself to his family. But also yoga, meditation, and the search for a healthy sustainable lifestyle. He is an intense follower of contemporary technology (such as Apple, Oura, VR,..) and keeps returning to analog reportage photography, traveling, or playing the piano.
