RESTORATION OF THE AMÁLIE ESTATE
Architecture and Urbanism, MA diploma project

Annotation
The Amálie Farm estate in the village of Ruda near Rakovník is a classicist complex from the first half of the 19th century, built by the Fürstenberg family. This architecturally valuable site is currently unused. The project aims to revitalize the estate, preserving its original agricultural function while expanding it to include educational, research, and community activities. The design is linked to the Smart Landscape project, which focuses on sustainable land management and climate change adaptation. The estate will provide facilities for modern agricultural research, conferences, and student education. The revitalization respects the site's historical value while creating a modern space that connects tradition with innovation.
