Student House

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of university accommodation in Ostrava. The goal was to develop an architectural and construction plan that meets the needs of students while adhering to current building standards, with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. The project includes detailed technical drawings, the design of structural elements, fire protection, and technical safety features in compliance with applicable regulations. It also provides a comprehensive description of the construction process and site layout. Special attention was given to the design of the entrance hall, featuring a custom-designed reception desk as its focal point. The design encompasses material selection, furniture layout, and equipment, all tailored to balance aesthetics with functionality. The result is a comprehensive university accommodation project that meets technical and legal requirements while providing a comfortable and functional environment for students.
