Social Housing - Karlovy Vary

Karlovy Vary, the most visited spa town in our country. This semester we focused on the densification of the city center and its civic amenities. As my project, I chose housing for socially disadvantaged residents on the selected plot. 24 small apartments 1+KK with loggias and two larger apartments on the top floor 2+KK with large terraces. The apartment building offers a smaller social hall on the ground floor. The plot can be found in the street Pod Jelením skokem in the place of the former heat pipe and neglected plot. It is located very close to the spa colonnade. I tried to link the upper one the street Pod jelením skokem and the lower entrance street Luční vrch and incorporate the whole house into this idea.
