CONVERSION AND EXTENSION OF THE FACTORY IN MNICHOVO HRADIŠTĚ

The conversion of the former Benešovka factory in Mnichovo Hradiště is an effort to build quality housing in the city and at the same time to create a cultural and social center. It logically follows the current state and responds to the histroric track. The design preserves the industrial character of the place and creates a unique atmosphere throughout the space. The aim of the work was to sensitively reconstruct an unused factory and find suitable functional use and to create quality housing.
