ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM - NEW TOWN

The thesis deals with the Ústí nad Labem urban development conception and strategy. It puts emphasis on the problematics of deindustrialization and takes into account the potential of the planned high-speed railway station. The vision is being transformed into a city conception and applied within the area of expanded city centre ? quarter of Nové město. The conception is designed in the form of a structural plan, which emphasizes directions and sequences, consequently demonstrated by a specific designed urban structure.
