Annotation
The main aim of the thesis is to describe architectural and urban principles that can be used in the process of reconstruction of technical infrastructure buildings in panel housing estates. These principles are applied to specific buildings in the Olomouc district of Nové Sady. The study includes the conhoversion of two boiler houses into a library and a community center.
