Residential Complex Klamovka

The subject of a bachalor thesis is a Housing complex Klamovka. It includes two parts, three diteched houses and one apartment house. Apartment house is divided in four sections, each with higher six-storey part and lower four-storey part. One section is processed as second part of bachalor thesis. Whole building is partly placed in steep slope and has one underground storey of garages. The most typical flat in Housing complex Klamovka is family flat of three bedrooms and central living space. All flats have a view to the park. There is a external shading system made by perforated HPL panles and sunblinds.
