RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AT U VRŠOVICKÉHO NÁDRAŽÍ X ROSTOVSKÁ IN PRAGUE 10

The solved territory is located on a corner plot at the intersection of the streets near Vršovická nádraží and Rostovská. It is an attractive location in the vicinity of the Botič river and Havlíčkovy Sady, which has a beautiful view from the loggia. One of the main goals was to continue the concept of the embankment along the river and thus maintain access to the courtyard. The house is interesting for its folded roof, and this idea corresponds to local buildings with gable roofs. The proposed six-storey house includes commercial areas on the ground floor and residential areas on the upper floors, where four residential units are located.Thanks to the high corner and the continuation of the gable of the neighboring building on the sixth floor, the possibility arose to create a maisonette.
