BZENEC

The diploma thesis deals with a possible future development of the town of Bzenec. Bzenec is with its more than 4000 inhabitants a traditional wine-growing town of Moravian Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is the determination of an urbanistic conception of a further development of the town of Bzenec, namely by means of solution of three town-widely significant, nevertheless dismal localities lying on a connecting line plentifully utilized not just by the inhabitants, but also by tourists, who look for a local viticulture just on this route. On the basis of this concept, engineering structure is complemented and capacities of possible development within natural inner boundaries are verified. This way the conception responds to current considerable demand for new sites of housing.
