Annotation
The subject of the diploma thesis is an apartment house in a city part Prague-Žižkov, between Koněvova, Ostromečská, Roháčova and Kaplířova streets. The main function of the building is housing with a range of the flats from studios to four rooms flats with a kitchenette, including premium apartments. The commercial units are located in the parterre and parking is provided in the basement. The design should complete urban structure and composition of the area.
