Main Street Residence

The aim of this thesis is to design a multi-function house at Olšanská Street, Prague 3, Czech Republic. The house comprises mostly of residential flats but includes also commercial spaces for a pastry shop, restaurant, offices and a florist’s. A covered passage interlinking the non-residential premises forms a dominant feature of the house. The residential area is accessible via two staircases. The objects’ courtyard is also a part of the design.
