Apartment Building

The aim was to design a modern residential building that refers with its appearance to history of the region and surrounding conditions. Its rough mass seems simple, but inside of the walls, the building offers modern and pleasing environment for living, both for local and primarily for people wanting to move out of the city for the fresh air of the nature. The three-storey building offers 8 flats with different layouts and acreages. Third floor provides opportunity for living in attic apartments with high ceilings and great amount of natural light. Lower storeys offer also a connection with surroundings through big French windows. For the flats in first floor, private gardens are available for the whole family living there.
